Sony Cyber-shot® DSC-T33 Digital Camera Manual Support Features Review Guide

The great little camera with the great big screen just got better with the DSC-T33 Cyber-shot® digital camera from Sony. Improving on the DSC-T1’s already innovative design, the DSC-T33 features a 5.1 Megapixel image capture, a non-extending Carl Zeiss® Vario-Tessar® lens with in-camera lens cover, and a body only 3/4 of an inch thick. Best of all is the 2.5" hybrid LCD monitor¹ with new Clear Photo LCD which provides higher resolution, contrast, and brightness for improved viewing even in open sunlight.

The T33 includes many of the high-end features you would expect in a larger camera, such as a 3X optical zoom lens, Sony’s Real Imaging Processor™ LSI for fast shutter speeds, and increased contrast range with the 14-Bit DXP A/D conversion processor. When combined with a Memory Stick PRO Duo™ media² the DSC-T33 can even capture 640 x 480 resolution video at 30 frames per second in its MPEG VX Fine mode.

1/2.4" 5.1 Megapixel Effective Super HAD™ CCD Super HAD (Hole Accumulation Diode) CCDs provide excellent image quality by allowing more light to pass to each pixel, increasing sensitivity and reducing noise.
