Weekend Hours! (M-F: 8am - 9pm, Sat. 8am ? 5pm and Sun: 10am - 5pm). Peace
of mind has never been easier. For weekend service, service must be
confirmed by provider by 5pm local customer time on the preceding

for return shipment to our service center to be fixed and will even return

shipping materials and we'll pay for shipping to and from the facility.

At-Home Service3 (not available with
the Inspiron 1000)
If you prefer not sending your computer away, you may get Dell's At-home
Service3 (for an additional charge) and,
after a telephone troubleshooting session, a third party technician may
come to your home, if necessary to repair your system or install any
necessary replacement parts -often the next business day
